We're back, and BEA was amazing! We had several great book signings (and ran out of signing copies for all of our authors!), and the social media sites have been saying wonderful things about our books... and the fact that we had giveaways in our signing lines in order to make them more fun. People LOVED that.
Which means that we will DEFINITELY have giveaways in our signing lines next year (which makes Dan happy).
So you should come find us there. :)

It's going to be in New York in the first week of June for the next few years, Deniz. If you can swing a visit, it's worth the trip! Also, you might want to sign up for the Spencer Hill Press newsletter (http://www.site.spencerhillpress.com/Reviewers.html--put "newsletter" in the request line), if you haven't already, since we'll be organizing another block of rooms at the discount rate for next year.

I agree! I loved the giveaways and I also loved your ticket process -- I wish more publishers would do something similar! Please please please do it again next year -- maybe in a bigger booth, I think you're going to need it!
Thanks, Laura! We're planning on refining the ticketing further (giving sub-times within the signing hour) so people with higher numbers won't have to wait in line the whole time. And we're already looking into the new booth idea. :)
Uh oh, I tried to do so Kate, but even if I change the country to Canada, it won't let me select my province (rather than a state).
